The Four Horsemen Of The Apocalypse 2012 by Jack Jorgenson

The recent announcement of the Four Horsemen induction into the WWE Hall of Fame has had my mind going in circles the last few days. Can a faction like that exist in 2012? And recently it dawned on me, yes it can and there’s four guys working for the company right now that can make this work, and one of them I believe isn’t even on the main roster yet, but would benefit huge from his involvement in this idea. Now, try to think outside the box with me on this and also don’t compare the guys to old Horsemen members. What I’m talking about here are four guys who steal the show every night and wreak havoc on the WWE “Universe” (God I hate that term) every possible chance they get. First I’ll reveal the four members of the group, then I will explain my thought process. They are:

1. Chris Jericho
2. The Miz
3. Wade Barrett
4. Dean Ambrose (Jon Moxley)

All four of these guys are fantastic heels in every sense of the definition. Especially Ambrose, who if you don’t know who he is you have my permission to stop reading this right now and run to YouTube and check him out and you’ll see what I mean. The man is destined to be a star in the company and this is the perfect way to introduce him. Without getting into too much detail, Jericho develops a feud with CM Punk (as reported) after the Royal Rumble which leads all the way to WrestleMania and culminates in a WWE Championship Match. In what would expectedly be the show stealing match of the show, Punk ends up going over Jericho clean. The next night on Raw, after constant complaining to Mr. Excitement John Laurinaitis, Jericho is granted a rematch in the Raw main event. After this, Jericho shockingly asks that this be a No Disqualification Match. Johnny agrees and Punk is obviously happy about this as in a later backstage promo he will run down how with these stipulations he can put Jericho out of this business for good.

After about 15 -20 minutes of great wrestling action from these two and with Punk on the verge of delivering the final blow, the lights mysteriously go out. After the darkness sets, the little boys voice from the cryptic videos is heard over the PA system saying once again “She has spoken, it is time”. When the lights come back on, Punk is surrounded by Jericho, Barrett, Miz, and Moxley. They violently beat down CM Punk for about a good ten minutes, with Moxley delivering the most punishing blows and Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler asking who is this guy that is dominating the “Best in the world”. After the savage beating is over, Jericho arrogantly drapes himself over Punk and wins the WWE Championship. The four men stand in the ring raising each others arms in what we believe is the climax of the show, until “she” is finally revealed. STEPHANIE MCMAHON appears at the top of the ramp and smiles sinisterly. The four men smile back at her and let the carnage begin…

While the idea sounds good I don’t see what their connection would be. Did Stephanie put them together randomly or did they come together to take over WWE like the Nexus? Would make for interesting promos though with Barrett, Jericho and Miz on the same side.

Put together by Steph to take the company back from Hunter eventually

Wade Barrett was Jericho’s NXT rookie and in his DVD he says Wade is the future of the WWE. Miz is someone who tried to copy Jericho’s heel mannerisms after he left when he was the WWE Champion. Maybe Jericho takes him under his wing and teaches him the right way to do it. Dean is the wildcard and I’m sure they could come up with a reason for him. Maybe Jericho saw the potential in him or he was hand picked by Stephanie. You’re right though, the promo work would be epic, especially going against CM Punk. Maybe Punk brings in some Indy stars to combat the group like Seth Rollins who had a great feud with Dean in FWC.

Some people wouldn’t like a redo of the Horsemen, but this is great!

If Flair was part of it then there wouldn’t be an issue, but if Fortune could do it, why can’t WWE? They could get Arn Anderson involved some how since he works backstage.

Arn was a great wrestler, I’m surprised they haven’t used his as a manager or something.

Well, he provided the voice in the bit a few years ago. He noticed the camera was on him and ran away.

    • January 23, 2012 at 7:49 pm

I assumed it would have been her awhile back, what other “she” has the power to do such a thing? Linda?

I keep hearing about Dean Ambrose and looked him up and he looks like a peepsqueak. If he is to be a top heel then WWE is in trouble.

He’s supposed to be terrific on the mic.

      • January 24, 2012 at 5:58 pm

From what I’ve seen he’s pretty good in the ring too.

Good stuff man. I would love to see this happen. Just found this site and it looks great. Lots of different yet interesting opinions on here. Will bookmark. Keep up the good work.

Great idea! I’m not sure if the miz would fit into that group though, him as a tough guy just doesn’t work. He’s better as a sarcastic heel.

    • January 24, 2012 at 6:00 pm

When Miz is aggressive he is truly awesome, but I get what your saying in that he is better as a sarcastic chicken shit heel, but then again a group like this can have him tap more into his aggressive side thus giving him more depth as a character.

Maybe, but I still think he’s not the best suited to the group, and his hard man facial expressions make him look constipated. I reckon Cody would work better in this group.

Terrible fantasy booking bullshit. Typical at this site. Also, Pestilence is a horseman, not “Anit-Christ”. Read a bible, moron.

    • January 24, 2012 at 6:02 pm

You sir are a piece of shit. Referencing the bible, but then turning around just to judge others and spread negativity renders your comment null and void. Take your negativity and shove it up your ass. And what the fuck is a Anit Christ? Learn to spell, dipshit.

        LOL@ anit christ!

      • January 24, 2012 at 8:44 pm

I thought JCITY was the Anti-Christ?

Intersting idea though, Jack. I don’t think Barrett needs to be in another Stable though, he’s best on his own.

        • January 26, 2012 at 3:01 pm

I was the Anti Christ of the IWC, but I toned it down. Maybe I should reclaim my title…
